We are located on the campus of Memorial Hospital. We are in Suite 112 on the first floor of the Provident Building. The Provident Building is the 5-story building with green-tinted windows and is easily visible from Waters Avenue.
Driving directions from out of town: · If travelling I-95, take the Interstate-16 East exit. From here, you will travel 10 minutes east · On I-16 east, take exit 164A to Lynes Parkway/I-516 East · This will become De Renne Ave. when you come to the first stoplight at Montgomery St. · Keep straight on De Renne Ave. and turn left at the 7th stoplight, Waters Ave. · Turn right at the 2nd stoplight to enter Memorial Hospital’s campus · You may park in patient parking or on a parking garage · Proceed to the Provident Bldg, the 5-story office building with green-tinted windows · See us in Suite 112.
